摘要
采用热模拟试验机Gleeble-1 SOOD进行高温单道次压缩和高温拉伸实验,并模拟实际生产的拉矫和轧制过程,对低合金高强度结构钢Q345B连铸坯高温力学性能进行了研究,为生产高质量高性能的铸坯提供了理论指导。
The high-temperature single-pass compression and high temperature tensile test is made adopting thermal simulation test machine Gleeble-1 SOOD, and simulate the stretcher levelling and rolling process of actual production. The high temperature mechanical properties of high-strength low alloy structural steel Q345B billet is studied. It provides theoretical guidance for the production of high-quality high-performance slab.
