河北省新能源汽车产业人才队伍现状分析

Research on the Talent Team of New-energy Automobile Industry in Hebei Province

伴随能源供给不足、全球气候变化等问题日益突出,发展新能源汽车替代传统汽车成为全球关注的焦点,而发展新能源汽车产业的关键在于人才的支撑。河北省新能源汽车基础产业人才规模庞大,但缺乏相应高层次人才的支撑,且还存在政策落实不力、人才结构不合理、人才有效供给不足、环境有待优化等问题,要通过改善人才成长的环境政策、教育培训等促进新能源汽车产业人才队伍的发展。

In recent years, along with problems such as energy shortage, global climate change, how to use the new energy automo- bile to replace conventional automobile become the focus of global concern. The key of development of new-energy automobile industry is talented person＇s support. Analysis results show that Hebei province have a big scale talents of new-energy automobile industry, but lack high-level talents, and talents policy, talents structure, talents supply, talents environment also exists problems. In the future, Hebei province needs to promote the development of new energy vehicles industry talents by improving talent development environment, devel- opment policy, talent education and training etc.
