This article describes a hospital developed an automatic alarm system about crisis values of clinical laboratory by himself,which includes system modules, features ,working principle, advantages and application results. Through application of intelligent alarm system of crisis values, it is effective to reduce the workload of the medical staff in reporting process of crisis values and probability of human error and to improve the speed and accuracy of alarm.
