摘要
为解决富氧顶吹炼铅炉炉龄短的难题,对富氧顶吹炼铅炉耐火材料损蚀机理、材质选择、砌筑方式等进行分析,并在生产实践中进行总结和改进,对工艺操作制度进行优化,有效地延长了富氧顶吹炼铅炉炉龄,取得了较好的经济、社会效益。
In order to solve the difficulties of short service life of oxygen-enrichment top-blown lead smelting furnace,the deterioration mechanism,material selection and masonry method of refractory in oxygen-enrichment topblown lead smelting furnace were analyzed,the summary and improvement were performed combined with the practical production,the process operation system was optimized,the service life of oxygen-enrichment top-blown lead smelting furnace was effectively prolonged,and the good economic and social benefits were obtained.
