摘要
随着高等学校教师绩效工资的推行,各高校都很重视教师的绩效和绩效管理。从绩效管理系统的角度来分析,目前各高校还存在不少问题。由于高校教师岗位职责模糊,导致考核指标和标准区分度不明显,高校应该构建以岗位职责为中心的绩效管理体系。
