2011年温州爆发信贷危机,民间金融问题再次成为关注的焦点,民间金融正规化、阳光化成为金融改革的主线,此次金融改革拉开了中国金融改革的大幕。文章以温州金融改革为切入点,通过分析农村民间借贷出现的原因以及我国农村民间借贷对农村经济发展带来的影响,提出了完善我国农村民间借贷的建议。
