摘要
通过分析目前高职院校学生顶岗实习现状,结合近几年南京工业职业技术学院顶岗实习质量管理思路的不断探索,提出了保障高职院校顶岗实习质量的应对策略与措施,阐述了构建学生顶岗实习质量的基础保障体系和管理保障体系的重要意义。
According to the present situation in higher vocational colleges students field work research analysis, combined with recent years Nanjing industry professional technology institute continuously explore field work quality management concept, put forward the coping strategies to safeguard the quality of field work in higher vocational colleges and measures, this paper expounds the students build the basis of field work quality guarantee system and the significance of management guarantee system.
