融入企业文化日益成为当今高职院校"校企合作"办学模式的一个新趋向。在这种背景下,如何把素质教育与企业文化相融成为高职素质教育改革的重要问题。因此,以"企业文化融入"为视角构建当前高职素质教育课程体系就成为解决这一重要问题的关键。从"企业文化融入"的视角来构建高职素质教育课程体系,需要高职院校树立以企业精神的培育为素质教育课程体系构建的价值取向、以职业意识的养成为素质教育课程体系构建的目标、以综合职业能力的塑造为素质教育课程内容设计的原则。

Into the enterprise culture has increasingly become the model of higher vocational colleges and universi- ties cooperation between higher vocational colleges and a new trend. In this context, how to put the quality educa- tion and enterprise culture in harmony has become an important problem of vocational quality education reform. Therefore, in order to build ＂corporate culture blend in＂ to view the current higher vocational quality education curriculum system has become the key to solve this important problem. From the Angle of ＂corporate culture＂ to build the quality of higher vocational education curriculum system, higher vocational colleges need to set up in the spirit of enterprise for quality education in the cultivation of the value orientation of curriculum system construction, cultivation of consciousness as a professional for the quality education curriculum system construction goal, with comprehensive vocational ability as the principle of quality education curriculum content design.
