近年来,随着高校各种心理突发事件的频频发生,大学生的心理健康教育日益受到重视。高职院校作为高校群体中的一部分,其心理健康课程建设还存在培养目标的偏差、实用性不强等问题,解决这些现实问题,对于促进高校心理健康教育的建设和提高学生心理素质都有重大的意义。
