基于职业本位的保险专业群课堂教学效果提升策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 从在校生、毕业生、教师三个层面对湖南省部分高职院校保险专业群课堂教学效果进行了调查分析。分析结果表明保险专业群课堂教学存在以下几方面的问题:该专业群的学生存在学习焦虑情绪,而有保险实践经验的教师不足,专业的教材又严重匮乏,学生的主体性不能体现。因此,提出利用课程内容、教学团队、专业教材、教学方法等来提升职业本位的高职保险专业群课堂教学效果的策略。 From three aspects: students, graduates and teachers to some insurance professional group of the effect of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges in hunan province has carried on the investigation and analysis. Analysis results show that the insurance professional group of classroom teaching has the problem of the following aspects: the professional group of students learning anxiety, and teachers with insurance practice experience is insufficient, professional teaching materials and serious lack, the subjectivity of the students can't reflect. Therefore, based on course content, teaching team, professional teaching materials, teaching methods to enhance the professional standard of higher vocational insurance professional group of the effect of classroom teaching strategies.
