顶岗实习是高职院校实现人才培养目标的重要途径,是实现工学结合人才培养模式的重要形式。学生作为工学结合的主体,在顶岗实习期间的权益保障问题日益突出。文章在对工学专班学生顶岗实习现状进行调研的基础上,提出了维护专班学生在实习期间合法权益的对策。
