The Characteristics and Strategic Reflection on New-age Peasant Workers

新生代农民工在我国经济社会发展中日益发挥主力军的作用。这一群体的特征表现在以下几方面:是一个带有明显青春期特征的未婚群体;受教育程度较高,注重自我提升;日渐时尚化,文娱活动方式新潮;维权意识增强,对工资待遇的期望值高;渴望融入城市。针对新生代农民工的特征,笔者提出了一些策略性思考。

In china＇ s economic and social development, the new-age peasant workers have played an important role. Their characteristics include： they are an unmarried young group with puberty feature; their education level is higher, and they pay more attention to self-enhancement; they are fashionable gradually, and the forms of recreation activities are in new wave; the consciousness of maintaining rights have been raised, and the expected value of salary treatment is high; they yearn for merging into urban. According to these Characteristics, the author proposes some countermeasures.
