基于刚柔耦合的成形磨齿机动态特性分析

摘要 成形磨齿机具有高精度、高响应等特点,滚珠丝杠进给驱动机构是机床的重要组成部分,它的动态特性直接影响机床的加工质量和效率。对其关键部位——滚珠丝杠进行柔性化,利用SolidWorks,ANSYS,ADAMS建立机床进给驱动系统刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,得到机床的动态特性曲线。通过理论分析与仿真结果对比以及多刚性体模型和刚柔耦合模型仿真结果对比,验证建模方法的可行性,为提高仿真结果的正确性提供研究方法。 Gear form grinding machine has the characteristics of high accuracy and rapid response .Feed drive mechanism is the important part of the machine ,the product quality and machinine efficiency of machine are directly affected by its dynamic characteristics . The rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics model of the machine tool feed drive system is set up after the ball screw which is the main component of the machine being flexible by using SolidWorks ,ANSYS and ADAMS ,the dynamic characteristic curves of the machine tool are obtained .The comparison of theoretical analysis results with simulation results verifies the feasibility of rigid-flexible coupling modeling method .This work can provide research methods for improving the accuracy of simulation results .
