摘要
以6V150发动机曲轴为例,在Pro/E软件中建立了曲轴的简化模型,并将曲轴模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行网格划分,再选用Block lanczos计算方法对曲轴自由模态进行计算分析。最终,获得其前16阶固有频率,并对其相应振型结果进行详细研究,这将为曲轴后续的结构优化设计以及避振研究提供参考。
The paper took the crankshaft of 6V150 diesel engine as an example ,the simplified model of the crankshaft was established by using Pro/E software and imported into the finite element software ANSYS for meshing .Then ,the method of Block lanczos was used in the free modal analysis in order to get crankshaft’s natural frequencies of the first 16 orders and research the result of the vibration modes ,which supplied reference for the optimization design and the anti-vibration of crankshaft .
