摘要
采用FPGA和W5100芯片搭建了嵌入式软PLC网络系统,主控制核心模块采用了PowerPC和FPGA的主从处理器模式,实现了数据的分工处理,克服了以往单CPU工作时系统资源占用率过高的问题。在此开放式硬件平台下,设计了基于时间片轮询的稳定可靠分时数据通信系统;为了适应具有不同网络协议设备的控制需求,系统内部集成了CANopen、Modbus/TCP等协议。最后,对通信系统进行了相关测试。实验结果表明,系统通信正常,且具有很好的实时性和稳定性。
An embedded PLC network system based on FPGA and W5100 chip is designed ,which is simple in structure and easy to be extended ;the main control module uses the master-slave processor mode of PowerPC and FPGA ,to realize the division of data processing .On the open hardware platform ,a stable and reliable time-sharing data communication system is designed .In order to meet the requirements of different network protocols of control equipment ,the system integrates CANopen and Modbus/TCP protocols . Finally ,the communication system is tested .The experimental results show that the communications system is of good stability .
