摘要
针对液压挖掘机动臂在下降过程中重力势能利用率低的问题,对挖掘机动臂机构和液压系统进行了理论分析,分别建立了液压挖掘机动臂在下降过程中的机构运动学模型和液压回路的数学模型。采用AMESim软件建立了动臂机构运动与液压回路的仿真模型,分析主泵-多路阀-负载的正流量控制参数。并通过遗传算法优化节流阀通径,得出两组节流阀通径最优值。
Aiming at the problem of potential energy changing into heat during a excavator boom being downward process ,the paper analyzes the mechanics and hydraulic circle of excavator boom in theory .The kinematics model of the boom mechanism in the process of falling and the mathematical model of hydraulic system are established .The simulation model is built by AMESim ,in the case of single pump+multi-way valve+ load ,the positive flow parameters are analyzed .Finally ,throttle valve sizes are optimized by the genetic algorithm ,two groups of the optimal throttle valve sizing value are obtained .
