摘要 应用三维软件SolidWorks建立某型号热压头三维模型,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立其有限元模型,并对热压头进行热-结构耦合分析,得到了焊接过程中热压头的热变形,验证了温度对热压头焊接精度的影响,为热压头结构的进一步优化设计提供基础。 In this paper ,the 3D model of a thermal head is set up by SolidWorks ,the finite element model is built by ANSYS Workbench ,and the thermal-structural coupling analysis is carried out on the thermal head .The thermal deformation of extrusion head is obtained in the welding process and the influence of temperature on the welding precision of thermal head is verified ,which may lay a foundation for the further optimization design of the structure of the thermal head .
