摘要
利用Pro/E对MK32-50自卸车车架副梁进行三维建模,将模型导入到Workbench中并对其进行有限元静态分析,得到模型的整体应力分布及其变形状况。以副梁的设计结构为设计变量,对副梁轻量化提出合理方案,并利用Workbench校核轻量化的副梁,最终在满足车架副梁工况的前提下提高材料的利用率。经过轻量化设计,在保持原有强度不变的前提下车架的重量减轻了60.5kg,降幅为11.2%。
In this paper ,Pro/E is used to set up the 3D model of an MK3250 dump truck frame side-beam ,then the model is imported into Workbench for static analysis ,and the overall stress distribution and deformation condition of the model are obtained . Taking the steel plate thickness of the side-beam as the design variable ,a reasonable proposal for the side-beam lightweight is put forward .Calculation results show the weight of the frame has a decrease of 60 .5 kg ,a drop of 13 .2% ,under the premise of keeping original strength through the design of lightweight .
