连杆衬套内表面磨损的正交试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在连杆衬套内表面磨损的试验研究中,分别选取间隙值、载荷和转速作为试验因子。用正交试验法进行摩擦磨损试验,并用极差分析法分析了试验结果。结果表明:对连杆衬套内表面磨损影响主次顺序为转速、载荷、间隙值。从中得到了连杆衬套内表面最大磨损量和最小磨损量的工况。 In the study of connecting rod bushing’s inner surface wear ,the gap value ,the load and the speed are taken as test factors .The wear tests of connecting rod bushing’s inner surface are conducted by orthogonal test method .The results of test are analyzed by maximum difference .The results show that the major factors affecting the bushing’s inner surface wear ,in sequences , are the speed ,the load ,the gap value .This work gives the wear conditions of the maximum wear amount and the minimum wear amount on connecting rod bushing’s inner surface .
