自动张紧装置在可伸缩带式输送机中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了变频调速自动张紧装置的组成、工作原理和优点。对某国有大型煤矿在用带式输送机配置了变频调速自动张紧装置和传统的重锤张紧装置,并对二者进行了对比研究,得出如下结论:同一带式输送机,采用自动变频张紧装置时,其张紧小车速度是重锤张紧装置移动速度的0.35倍,张紧小车位移是重锤张紧装置的0.36倍;自动变频张紧装置可为带式输送机提供合适的张紧力。 This paper introduces the composition ,working principle ,advantages of a frequency control tension device .Taking a belt conveyor in a large state-owned coal mine as example ,with the frequency control tension device and the traditional heavy hammer tension device respectively ,this paper makes a comparative study between them ,it is concluded that :the speed of belt conveyor with the frequency control tension device is 0 .35 times of that with a heavy hammer tension device ,and the displacement of the tension car is 0 .36 times of that with a heavy hammer tension device ,so the frequency control tension device can provide a porper tight force for belt conveyor .
