摘要
分析了深筋窄缝铜公的结构特点,应用CimatronEV8.5软件完成对深筋窄缝铜公的数控编程、仿真和加工工艺的规划,解决了深筋窄缝铜公数控加工中高、薄筋位易变形的加工工艺难点,取得了良好的加工效果。
This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of a Cu electrode with deep bars and narrow slits , introduces the application of CimatronEV8 .5 software in NC programming ,simulation and machining process plan for the Cu electrode .The problem in the machining process is solved ,and a good machining result is achieved .
