摘要
针对非圆曲线加工方法,对椭圆曲线数控加工编程时以角度值为变量和坐标值为变量进行了比较,编制了可实现椭圆内、外轮廓加工的R程序及可实现椭圆球加工的R程序。椭圆数控编程参变量的合理选择及R参数编程即保证了加工精度又缩短了加工程序段数,提高了加工效率。
This paper introduces the non-circular curve processing methods .Taking elliptic curve as example ,respectively using angle values and coordinate values as variables ,the paper gives the R programs used to machining inner and outer ellipse contour and elliptic ball .The reasonable selection of machining parameter and the R parameter programming can ensure the machining accuracy , shorten the processing procedures section number and improve the machining efficiency .
