低品位氧化金矿石选矿工艺的优化与改进

摘要 针对用传统堆浸工艺处理低品位氧化金矿石时存在的污染环境问题,利用此类矿石独特的含金细粒级富集特性,对选矿回收工艺进行了技术改进,有效地回收了粗粒金,综合利用了尾矿资源;同时,通过对堆浸主要工艺参数进行优化研究,进一步缩短了浸出周期,节约了氰化钠消耗。改进实施后,金回收率提高近10%,取得明显的经济和环境效益。 In view of the environment pollution problem during the low grade oxidized gold-bearing ore treating process by using traditional heap leaching method,according to the feature of the gold particles enriching in the finer size fraction,the recovery technique was improved,so the coarser gold particles was recovered effectively and the tailing resources was comprehensively used,In the same lime,through optimizing the technical parameters of heap leaching,the leaching lime was shortened and the consumption of sodium cyanide reduced.After the improvement,the gold recovery rate increased by 10%.The economic and environmental benefit is notable.
