目的:探讨医疗设备调配中心在医院资源合理配置中的作用。方法:从设备使用损耗与效益之间的关系、科室间设备紧急调配的弊端以及急救设备理想保有量与实际保有量之间的矛盾分析设备调配中心的可行性与必要性。结果:设备调配中心运行1年来,大部分设备开机率达到100%。结论:建立设备调配中心在医院资源合理配置中意义重大。

Objective：To investigate the effect of medical equipment center deployment in the rational allocation of resources in the hospital. Methods： The feasibility, as well as necessity, was analyzed from the relation between the equipment losses and benefits, the drawbacks of equipment emergency deployment among departments, the contradiction between ideal and actual penetration in the first aid equipment. Results： Among this year when operates of the device deployment center. The rate of majority equipment boot-strap is up to 100%. Conclusion：The device deployment center is feasible, and plays an important role in the rational allocation of hospital resources.
