摘要
理解和对话是人存在的一种方式,个体在理解和对话中实现思想、精神和心理的沟通交流。课堂教学中的理解和对话是一种意义生成过程和视域融合过程。现实课堂教学中凸显出理解和对话的欠缺:知识意义理解与生成的缺失;个体精神引领与建构的缺乏;师生关系理解与建构的缺位;自我建构与理解缺少。建构充满理解和对话的课堂教学是师生共同的责任,双方需要努力做到:以爱为基,严宽相济;以人为"镜",以己为"师";己所悦纳,亦给予人;对话交流,消减误解。
Understanding and dialogue is a way of human existence,and the individual in the understanding and dialogue can realize mental,spiritual and psychological communication.Understanding and dialogue in the classroom teaching is a meaning-generation process and the process of horizons fusion.The real classroom teaching highlights the lacks of understanding and dialogue: lack of knowledge meaning understanding and generating;lack of individual spirit leading and construction;omission of understanding and construction of the relationship between teachers and students;shortage of self-construction and self-understanding.Constructing the classroom teaching which is full of understanding and dialogue is the common responsibility of the teachers and students,and both need to do these as follows:based on love,combining severity with mercy;taking others as a mirror while taking oneself as teacher;treating others as one would like to be treated;eliminating misunderstandings with dialogue exchanges.
