高等工程教育课程改革研究——基于工程教育利益相关者的访谈 被引量:5

摘要 高等工程教育课程回应社会诉求是提高工程师培养质量的重要保障。社会对工程教育课程改革的诉求是通过利益相关者代言的。本研究对20位中外工程教育利益相关者进行访谈调查。研究结果解释了利益相关者对课程的评价与期望,揭示了社会对工程教育课程改革的诉求点。从工程观、人才观和课程观三个层面讨论研究结果,并针对我国正在实施的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的课程改革,提出更新课程理念、重建课程目标和优化课程结构的对策建议。 It is an important guarantee to improve the quality of higher engineering education that the curriculum meets the demands of the society.It is stakeholders that represent the whole society to ask for the reform of the curriculum of higher engineering education.By interviewing with 20stakeholders home and abroad,the research results explain the evaluation and expectations of the stakeholders toward curriculum,and reveal the selling point of the society for curriculum reform of higher engineering education.Besides,this paper discusses the research results from 3levels:engineering conception,engineers conception and curriculum conception,and proposes 3recommendations for the curriculum reform of National Excellent Engineers Education Program:updating the concept of engineering,reconstructing curriculum objectives and optimizing curriculum structures.
