Beef Price Trend Analysis and Suggestions on Development of Beef Cattle Industry in Shaanxi Province

在对国内肉牛产业形势及牛肉市场供需情况,以及近10年牛肉市场价格变动和未来走势、市场潜力等进行综合分析的基础上,剖析了导致牛肉价格不断推高的深层次原因。并针对陕西肉牛产业发展形势,从落实政策措施、稳住产业根基-牛源基础,加强科技创新、提高社会化技术服务水平,发挥龙头企业、协会组织和专业合作社的作用,鼓励多元化投资、提高肉牛规模化养殖水平等4个方面,提出了促进肉牛产业发展的对策性建议。

Based on the domestic situation of beef cattle industry and beef market supply and demand,and nearly a decade of beef market price changes and future trends, such as market potential on the basis of comprehensive analyses, the deep-seated reasons for the increasing beef prices are further analyzed. Ac- cording to the developing situation of beef cattle industry in Shaanxi province, the following main meas- ures, such as the foundation of implementation of policies and measures, steady industry-cattle resources,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,improving the level of technical service socialization, lifting the role of leading enterprises, associations and professional cooperatives, encourage diversification,improving the level of beef cattle scale, play an important role in developing beef industry. Hence,in this paper, from four above-mentioned aspects, the countermeasure suggestion to promote the development of beef cattle industry has been put forward.
