摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)水平变化与极低出生体重儿宫外生长及营养的关系。方法:研究对象为本院2010年12月-2013年5月新生儿科住院的82例极低出生体重儿,其中适于胎龄儿(AGA)52例,小于胎龄儿(SAG)30例,使用酶联免疫法测定两组患儿出生后第1、8、15、21、28天的血清IGF-Ⅰ水平,同时监测体重及摄入的能量。结果:AGA组从出生后至第28天血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度均高于SAG组(P<0.05)。两组患儿血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度与出生后第8、15、21、28天摄入的能量呈正相关(P<0.05)。血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度随着患儿的日龄而上升,与日龄及体重增长呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清IGF-Ⅰ水平浓度受到极低出生体质量儿摄入能量、体重、日龄的影响,是生长调节激素。IGF-Ⅰ水平可作为观察极低出生体质量儿生长及营养指标,具有临床参考价值。
Objective:To investigate the the relationship between insulin-like growth factor- Ⅰ(IGF- Ⅰ)levels and extrauterine growth and nutrition in very low birth weight newborn.Method:The research Objects were 82 very low birth weight newborns were selected in our hospital from December 2010 to May 2013,including 52 cases appropriate for gestational age(AGA)and 30 cases small for gestational age(SAG).Serum IGF-Ⅰlevels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay after two groups birth 1,8,15,21,28 day,while monitoring their body weight and energy ingested.Result:The serum IGF-Ⅰconcentrations of AGA group from after birth to 28 days were higher than the SAG group.The serum IGF-Ⅰconcentrations of two groups newborn after birth 8,15,21,28 day was positively correlated with their energy ingested(P〈0.05).Serum IGF-Ⅰconcentrations rised with age in two groups newborn,and was positively correlated with age and weight growth(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Serum IGF-Ⅰlevels of very low birth weight newborn is effected by energy ingested,weight and age,are extrauterine growth regulation hormone.IGF-Ⅰlevels can be used as growth and nutrition indicators of very low birth weight newborn,worthy of clinical reference.
