摘要 为改善传统混凝土防护涂层——苯丙防护涂层的耐久性能,从填料种类和填料用量两个方面分析苯丙防护涂层的抗老化性能,确定膨润土、云母粉、钛白粉3种填料最佳用量范围及最佳配比方案。结果表明:当膨润土用量(占苯丙乳液的质量分数,以下均同)为5%,云母粉用量为3%,钛白粉用量为2%时,抗老化效果最佳;经填充后的苯丙防护涂层,在紫外线和水共同老化作用下,其老化破坏时间是无填料苯丙防护涂层的6~10倍。 From the aspects of filler types and dosage, the anti-aging property of styrene-acrylic coatings is analyzed to modify its durability on concrete surface. The dosage of bentonite, mica powder and titanium dioxide are determined to achieve optical performance. When bentonite is 5%wt, mica powder 3%wt, titanium dioxide 2%wt, the optical anti-aging property is achieved. Compared with protective coatings without filler, the usage of filler can improve anti-aging properties by more than 6 to 10 times.
