单核细胞趋化蛋白-1对人乳头状瘤病毒感染导致宫颈癌发展中的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and development of cervical cancer induced by human papillomavirus infection

摘要 目的探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染导致宫颈癌发展中的作用,为治疗HPV感染导致的宫颈癌提供治疗思路。方法选取医院2011年12月-2012年12月收治住院的50例HPV感染致宫颈癌患者,所有患者术后立即采集宫颈肿瘤组织和肿瘤旁正常上皮组织,设肿瘤组织为观察组、正常上皮组织为对照组,每组各50份;标本均采用免疫组化SP法测定MCP-1的表达,同时将所有宫颈癌患者按照有无伴有淋巴细胞转移分成两组,比较MCP-1的表达。结果观察组MCP-1阳性表达36份,阳性率72.0%,对照组MCP-1阳性表达20份,阳性率40.0%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);50例宫颈癌患者中无淋巴细胞转移17例,MCP-1阳性表达10例,阳性率58.82%,有淋巴细胞转移33例,MCP-1阳性表达26例,阳性率78.79%,差异无统计学意义。结论 MCP-1在宫颈癌组织中表达程度高于癌旁正常上皮组织,表明MCP-1参与了HPV感染导致宫颈癌的发展,MCP-1有望成为早期诊断宫颈癌的重要指标,具有重要临床研究价值。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) on development of cervical cancer induced by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection so as to provide guidance for the treatment of cervical cancer induced by the HPV infection. METHODS A total of 50 cases of cervical cancer induced by HPV infection, who were hospitalized from Dec 2011 to Dec 2012, were enrolled in the study, then the cervical carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal epithelial tissues were sampled immediately after the surgery and respectively set as the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each; the expression of MCP-1 in all the samples was determined by means of immunohistochemical SP method; all the cases of cervical cancer were divided into two groups according to the status of transfer of lymphocyte, and the expression of MCP-1 was compared. RESULTS There were 36 (72.0%) samples with positive expression of MCP-1 in the observation group and 20 (40.0) samples in the control group, with statistical significance(P0.05). Of 17 cases without the transfer of lymphocytes, there were 10 (58.82) cases with positive expression of MCP-1; of 33 cases with the transfer of lymphocytes, there were 26 (78. 79) cases with positive expression of MCP-1, without statistical significance. CONCLUSION The positive rate of expression of MCP-1 is higher in the cervical carcinoma tissues than in the adjacent normal epithelial tissues, indicating that the MCP-1 has involved in the development of cervical cancer induced by the HPV infection; the MCP-1 is expected to be an important indicator for early diagnosis of cervical cancer and has significant value in clinical study.
