手术室老年患者输尿管软镜碎石术后感染的预防措施

Preventing postoperative infections of elderly patients undergoing flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy in operating rooms

目的探讨手术室老年患者输尿管软镜碎石术后感染的预防措施,降低老年患者术后感染率。方法选择60例行输尿管软镜碎石术老年患者资料,采用多学科的方法做好围手术期细节管理,包括充分的术前准备、围手术期的预防性保温措施、预防性抗菌药物应用及手术人员的无菌操作、无菌物品的使用和管理、术中术后对呼吸道的管理,切断感染的侵入途径并进行术后随访。结果 2010年8月-2012年5月收治的60例老年患者行输尿管软镜碎石术,术后均恢复良好,无1例发生感染,均安全度过手术期。结论根据老年患者的特点及该手术的特殊性,认真做好术前评估及准备,加强术中管理及术后正确处理,有效预防患者术后感染及并发症的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevention measures of flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy of elderly patients in operating rooms, to reduce the postoperative infections in elderly patients. METHODS The data of 60 cases of elderly patients undergoing flexible ureteroscope were selected, with multidisciplinary methods to achieve perioperation management in details, including sufficient preoperative preparation, perioperation of preventive insulation measures, application of preventive antimicrobial, aseptic manipulation of operators usage and management of sterilized items, intraoperative and postoperative respiratory management, cutting off infection channels invasive and follow-up after operation. RESULTS A total of 60 cases of elderly patients undergoing flexible ureteroscope from Aug. 2010 to May 2012 went through the surgery without infection post operation. CONCLUSION Given the feature of elderly patients and particularity of surgery, preoperative evaluation and strengthening the management of postoperative surgery are the keystones of preventing postoperation infection and reducing complications.
