摘要
介绍准Φ3.27 m微型土压平衡盾构机管片拼装系统的基本结构、工作原理以及管片拼装的形式,简述了回转机构的设计方案。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对回转机构的关键部件齿轮传动机构进行了接触疲劳强度有限元分析并进行优化设计,以此节省材料、降低成本、节约空间。
This paper describes the configuration, working principle and the form of segmenl assembly of segmenl erector system of 4:,3.27 m miniature earth pressure balanee shield tunneling machine. The turning mechanism design of this system is described. Gear transmission mechanism, as the key components of rotating mechanism, has been analyzed based on contael fatigue strength finite analysis with ANSYS Workbench. The optimization Aesign of the mechanism is studied in order to save material and space and cut down the cost of production.
