摘要
介绍了滚动轴承游隙的理论计算方法,运用ANSYS软件对装配和工作时的游隙变化量进行了有限元仿真分析。理论计算结果和仿真分析结果的对比表明两者之间存在差异。进一步的分析证明理论计算时,发现按照线性关系合成变形量的方法存在误差,从而验证了ANSYS软件计算轴承游隙的可行性。
The theoretical calculation method of windage of rolling bearing is introduced, and the windage which produced by centrifugal force and temperature variation is analysed by ANSYS. The results of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis exist some difference. The calculation result proves that linear accumulation method will produce some deviation of compose deflection, so the feasibilitv of ANSYS windage calculation method is confirmed.
