摘要
作为非圆柱式对辊破碎机的关键基础部件的机架,其动态性能与机床的加工性能关系非常密切。文中采用SolidWorks Simulation软件进行机架的动力学模态仿真分析,研究了机架的无阻尼自由振动,得出其前四阶的振型和固有频率,分别为f=41.677Hz、42.487Hz、61.652Hz、64.353Hz。研究结果为整个系统的动态响应计算和分析奠定基础,为破碎机机架设计提供了参考。
Considering the rack is a main component of the non-cylindrical dual-roller crusher, and its dynamic characteristics impact on machine tool's machining precision anti stability directly. In this paper, the modal analysis of the rack is carried out by employing SolidWorks Simulation, and the free undamped vibration of rack was researched. And the nature frequencies of the base's first forth modal that are 41.677 Hz, 42.487 Hz,61.652 Hz and 64.353 Hz, are obtained. In addition, the first forth modal shapes are also obtained. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the dynamic response calculation and analysis, and these are useful for structural improvement anti optimization design of the dual-roller erusher.
