摘要
为了满足对某特殊印板视觉检测的要求,借助倍福基于EtherCAT总线协议的控制构架,设计了双驱同步全闭环伺服系统,探索了双驱同步主从轴坐标系建立与双驱同步过程的实现。运用超采样的极速控制技术响应了印板检测过程高频需求,并依托TwinCAT软件的多功能性成功完成了伺服系统的调试与完善,人机操作界面的构建,控制程序的编制。利用倍福ADS通讯完成与上位视觉检测软件的互联,最终测试并完善了整机检测性能。
In order to meet the requirements of visual inspection for a special printed board . with the help of Beekhff's control architecture based on EtherCAT bus protocol, a full close-loop servo system of Biaxial Synchro- control is designed. The establishment of master-slave axis coordinate system and the realization of the Biaxial Synehro-control's process are explored. The visual inspection's high frequency requirement of a specqal printed board is respomted by means of Extreme Fast Control with oversampling. The building of HMI, the compileaton of t.ontrol procedure, the servo system's debug and improvement are successfully accomplished based on the TwinCAT software. Beckhoff ADS communication is used to complete the interconnection with the upper visual inspectiml software. Finally the system pertormance the whole equipment are tested and optimized.
