摘要
套管开窗是连续油管径向射流技术实现的前提。万向节是关于径向射流技术井下开窗工具的重要部分。万向节的功能特性直接影响着套管开窗技术的成功。文中分析万向节的受力情况,得出其在设计过程中应满足的几何参数和结构参数条件。通过ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对万向节叉和十字轴进行有限元分析,找出应力集中易损坏的部位,改变设计参数并且进行圆弧曲线处理,减少应力集中现象,增加万向节强度。选择合适的十字轴,以实现良好的开窗效果。
Casing window is a precondition for continuous tubing radial jet technology. Universal joint is an important part of the underground casing window sidetracking tool on continuous tubing radial jet technology. Functional properties of the universal joint affect the success of sidetracking technology directly. A comprehensive analysis of the stress of universal joint, the geometric parameters and the structure parameters should be satisfied in the design process. Finite element analysis of the universal joint was done by ANSYS WORKBENCH software to find the parts of stress concentration and damaged easily. To increase the strength of universal joint and reduce the phenomenon of stress concentration, the design parameters are changed and circular arc curve processing is used. Suitable cross axle is selected, in order to get good windowing result.
