摘要
目的 :为进一步提高晚期乳腺癌的治疗效果 ,寻找有效的中西医结合治疗方法。方法 :乳腺癌治疗组采用 NVB加 DDP配合中药“生血汤”治疗晚期乳腺癌。结果 :总有效率 CR+PR为 52 % ,较 CMF、ACMF化疗方案疗效明显提高。本方案尤其对于乳腺癌锁骨上淋巴结转移或肺转移疗效较好 ,均各有 1例获得 CR,有效率分别为 75% ( 6/ 8)及 70 % ( 7/ 10 )。治疗中骨髓抑制等化疗副反应明显低于有关文献报道 ,其中白细胞下降率仅为 4 8% ,说明中药“生血汤”能明显减轻 NVB对骨髓造血功能的毒副作用 ,且能对化疗药物产生增效作用。结论 :NVB+DDP配合中药“生血汤”
To explore the effective therapy for the advanced mammary gland carcinoma so as to improve the treatment.Methods:42 advanced mammary gland carcinoma cases were treated with NVB and DDP chemotherapy combined with Shen Xue decoction.Results:The total effective rate was 52% (CR+RR),which was better than single CMF and ACMF therapies.The combined therapy was especially good for the cases with metastasis in the supraclavicular or pulmonary lymph nodes with one case of survival in each condition with the effective rate of 75% (6/8) and 70% (7/10).The side effect such as bone marrow supression was fewer than the reported publications.The WBC lowering was only 48%,which proved that Shen Xue decoction can lessen bone marrow suppression and enhance effect of the chemotherapy drugs.Conclusions:NVB and DDP combined with Shen Xue decoction had the satisfactory effectiveness in the treatment of the advanced mammary bland carcinoma cases.
