摘要
目的评价小型离心管用于消毒剂悬液定量杀菌试验的实用性和可行性。方法采用规范的悬液定量杀菌试验程序,对容积2.0 ml离心管在试验中实用价值进行了评价,同时与常规试管作平行比较。结果经过对两种消毒剂杀菌试验证明,用小型离心管与常规试管在完全相同条件下进行悬液定量杀菌试验,取得完全一致的结果。但使用小型离心管操作更简单,减少工作量,更符合生物安全操作要求。结论用小型离心管进行消毒剂悬液定量杀菌试验,改进了传统的试验操作,具有良好的可行性和实用性。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using 2.0 ml microfuge tube method in the quantitative germicidal test compared to the traditional method. Methods Quantitative bacteria killing test was carried out using 2. 0 ml microfuge tube method according to the Technical Standard For disinfection and was compared with the traditional method. Results The results of 2.0 ml microfuge tube method was nearly absolutely concordant with the traditional method in the quantitative bacteria killing tests of two disinfectants. Whereas the 2. 0 ml microfuge tube method was simplicity for operators, and had lower workload and higher bio - safety. Conclusion Microfuge tube method can improve the operation of quantitative bac-teria killing test, and has favorable feasibility and practicability.
