宁波市部分医疗机构洁净手术部综合性能调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTIES OF SOME MEDICAL CLEANSING OPERATION DEPARTMENT IN NINGBO

目的了解医疗机构洁净手术室的洁净技术性能,对洁净效果进行评估。方法采用仪器检测法,对宁波市5所医院的所有洁净手术室及辅助用房的洁净性能指标进行检测。结果Ⅰ级洁净区域≥0.5μm尘埃粒子数合格率为83.36%,Ⅱ级区域和通道尘埃粒子数洁净合格率为100%。最小新风量合格率90.2%,相对湿度合格率87.80%,沉降菌洁净合格率82.90%,换气次数合格率80.40%。结论 5家医疗机构的洁净手术室多数洁净指标都存在不合格现象,特别是高洁净度区域合格率更低,有待加强管理。

Objective To understand the properties of cleansing technology in medical cleansing operation department and to evaluate the cleaning effect. Methods The instrument detection method was used to detect the cleaning perform- ance of all the operating rooms and ancillary rooms in five Ningbo hospitals. Results The pass rate of the number of dust particles that ≥10.5 μm in I grade clean area was 83.36%. Those of the clean passing rate of dust particles in Ⅱ grade and the channel region were 100%. The air pass rate of minimum fresh was 90. 2%, and the relative humidity pass rate was 87.80%. The number of qualified settlement cleansing bacteria was 82. 90% and the pass rate of ventilation was 80.40%. Conclusion The cleaning indicators in the operating rooms of five medical institutions are mostly unqualified, and the pass rate of high level clean area is especially lower. The management needs to be strengthened.
