某教学综合医院住院患者医院感染现状调查

PREVALENCE SURVEY OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION IN A TEACHING HOSPITAL

目的了解医院感染现患情况和存在的问题,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采取床边调查和住院病历调查相结合方式,对某医院2012年7月2日的住院患者医院感染情况进行调查。结果调查当日实查住院患者1 779例,医院感染现患率为2.64%,例次感染率为2.92%。日抗菌药物使用率为43.19%,使用抗菌药物种类达45种。医院感染患者主要来自综合重症监护病房,下呼吸道感染占主导。结论该医院住院患者医院感染在有效控制范围内,抗菌药物使用率符合相关管理要求,重症监护病房下呼吸道感染是重点控制对象。

Objective To know the prevalence of nosocomial infections and the existing problems, provide the scientific basis for prevention and control measures. Methods Bed - visiting and patients＇ medical records checking were used to investigate all patients on July 2nd, 2012. Results Of the 1 779 patients investigated, the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was 2.64% ,the case prevalence rate was 2. 92%. The daily antibiotics use rate was 43.19%, 45 kinds of anti- biotic were used. The main infection department was ICU, the main infection site was the lower respiratory tract. Conclu-sions Nosoeomial infections of the hospital was controlled effectively, the antibiotics use was complied with management regulations. Nosocomial infections management in the lower respiratory tract in ICU should be strengthened.
