对我国云南省龙陵县合作医疗试点乡在合作医疗前后的门诊医疗费用进行了分析，结论是：合作医疗后医疗费用明显高于合作医疗前，医疗费用向起付线与盈亏平衡点之间转移。作者还对造成这种现象的原因作了剖析，并提出了一些对策。

The article analyses the medical expenditure in CMS town in Yunnan Province London Country before CMS and after CMS. It shows that the expenditure CMS is more higher than before CMS in trial town. The cost moves to the extent between the deductible line and the balance. The difference is limited in collated town. The author analyses how to cause it and gives us some advice.
