雌激素受体和17β-羟类固醇脱氢酶1在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

Expression and significance of estrogen receptor and 17beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1 in endometrial polyps

摘要 目的研究雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)和17β-羟类固醇脱氢酶1(17β-HSD1)在子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyps,EPs)中的表达情况,进一步从分子水平阐明EPs的发病机制。方法选择EPs患者47例,其中,息肉组织作为病例组,同一患者宫腔内远离息肉组织的正常内膜作为对照1组,同时选择50例行宫腔镜检查的妇女的正常子宫内膜组织作为对照2组。采用免疫组织化学法检测ER和17β-HSD1在各组的表达情况并进行比较。结果 ER在EPs中表达的阳性率是80.9%,17β-HSD1在EPs中表达的阳性率是76.6%,二者在EPs中表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ER和17β-HSD1在EPs中的表达呈正相关(r=0.619,P<0.01)。结论 ER和17β-HSD1在EPs中的过度表达可能是EPs发生、发展的原因。 Objective To study the expressions of ER and 17β-HSD1 in endometrial polyps, and to clarify the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps in molecular level. Methods Endometrial polyps from 47 patients were taken as the study group; at the same time, normal endometrial tissue far from endometfial polyps were taken from the same 47 patients as the control group 1 and normal en- dometria from 50 subjects were taken as the control group 2 who underwent hysteroscopy. Immunohistochemical examination was con- ducted to detect ER and 17β-HSD1 expressions which were compared between the groups. Results The positive expression rate of ER in polyps group was 80.9% , which was 76.6% for 17β-HSDI. The rates were higher than those of the control group(P 〈0.01 ). The expressions of ER and 17β-HSDI were related to the risk of endometrial polyps( r = 0. 619 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Excessive ex- pressions of ER and 17β-HSD1 in premenopausal endometrial polyps may be the cause of occurrence and development of endometrial polyps.
