薄层扫描法测定胰炎康冲剂中大黄素含量

Determination of Emodin in Yiyankang Granules by TLC-scanning

目的 :为控制胰炎康冲剂的质量 ,建立了大黄素的含量测定。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定大黄素含量。结果 :方法简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好。结论 :可作为胰炎康冲剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE:To establish determination method of Emodin for to control the quanlity of Yiyankang granules. METHODS:The content of Emodin was determined by TLCS.RESULTS:The method was simple,accurate and reproducible. CONCLUSION:This study provided a quality control method for Yiyankang granules.
