高效液相色谱法测定清热凉血丸中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Qingreliangxue Pills by HPLC

目的 :建立清热凉血丸中黄芩苷的含量测定项。方法 :超声提取 ,使用 C1 8柱 ,甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (47:5 3:0 .3)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 76 nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 98.9%。结论 :本方法分离良好 ,可用于清热凉血丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE:To establish the method of determination of the content of Baicalin in Qingreliangxue pills.METHODS:The samples are extracted by ultrasonic,then Baicalin in Qingreliangxue pills is determined by HPLC.Using C 18 column,with methanol water phosphosic acid (47:53:0.3)as mobile phase and detection at 276 nm.RESULTS:The linearity of this method is well with the recovery of the added sample is 98.9%.CONCLUSION:This method shows good separating degree and can be used for control quality of Qingceliangxue pills.
