摘要
目的 :观察花椒、肉豆蔻对 5种霉菌的抑制作用。方法 :测定花椒、肉豆蔻挥发油 ,水提液对 5种霉菌的 MIC和 MF C。结果 :花椒、肉豆蔻挥发油成分有明显的抗霉菌作用 ;其挥发油成分对 5种霉菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度相等。结论 :花椒、肉豆蔻是高效、安全、价廉的天然防霉药物 ,可广泛用于食物、中药材及其制品等领域的防霉。
Objective:To observe antifungal activities of Zanthoxylum bungeanum(ZB) and Myristica fragrans (MF) on five kinds of fungi in vitro.Methods:MIC and MFC of distilled oil and boildown liquid from ZB and MF were assessed.Results:The distilled oil derived from ZB and MF showed marked antifungal activities with the same MIC and MFC on all the five kinds of fungi.Conclusion:ZB and MF are high-effective,safe,and inexpensive natural drugs against fungi.They may be used in fields of food,Chinese medicinal herbs and Chinese medicinal herb-based products.
