摘要 为了满足我国日益严格的环保标准,针对大量燃煤电厂已安装脱硫装置的脱硫效率亟待提高的难题,研究添加剂强化钙基湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)方法.利用双搅拌反应器研究添加剂强化湿法烟气脱硫吸收速率的影响因素.研究结果表明,SO2吸收速率随着添加剂质量分数、入口SO2体积分数、反应温度、气液相搅拌速率比的增大而增加;随着反应时间的延长,SO2吸收速率逐渐变小.通过对实验结果的进一步分析可知,使用添加剂可以提高脱硫反应增强因子和传质系数,从而促进了SO2的吸收. The additive enhancement method for limestone-gypsum wet limestone flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) process was analyzed to increase the efficiency of the existing WFGD in coal-fired power plants in order to meet increasingly stringent environmental standards in our country. The influencing factors on the SO2 absorption rate enhanced by additives in WFGD process were analyzed with a stirred tank. Experimen- tal results show that the SO2 absorption rates increase with the increasing of the additive mass fraction, the SOz inlet volume fraction, reaction temperature, and the stirring speed ratio of the liquid and the gas, but decrease as the reaction time is longer. Further analysis of the experimental results shows that the use of additive can increase the desulfurization reaction enhancement factor and the mass transfer coefficients, promote the SO2 absorption rate.
