摘要 建立了一种直链淀粉键合手性固定相拆分dracocephins A对映异构体的方法。使用Chiralpak IA柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为正己烷-乙酸乙酯(10∶90),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长290 nm,柱温为室温。所建立的方法能有效实现dracocephins A两对对映异构体的同时拆分,通过CD检测器检测结合与单一构型异构体的比对,可以确定4种异构体出峰顺序。直链淀粉键合手性固定相可以用于dracocephins A对映异构体的手性分离。 To establish a direct enantioseparation method by HPLC on immobilized amylose-based chiral stationary phase for the chiral separation of the enantiomers of dracocephins A. The separation was carried out using a Chiralpak IA column (4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm) in combination with n-hexane-ethyl acetate ( 10: 90) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL · min^-1 and detection wavelength was 290nm, whilst the column temperature was room temperature. The established chromatographic method was effective for the simultaneous separation of the two pairs of enantiomers of dracocephins A. The elution order was determined by coupling HPLC-CD detection and comparison with each single en- antiomer. Immobilized amylose-based chiral stationary phase is suitable for the enantioseparation of dracocephins A.
