中国模式:确定性与不确定性——兼评西方话语中的“中国模式”观

China Model:Certainty and Uncertainty ——Comments on the“China model”Theory from Western Perspective

西方学者对"中国模式"的解读可谓独具匠心,主要有中国特色资本主义模式说、国家资本主义模式说、第三条道路说、市场社会主义模式说以及后社会主义模式说等。但是,"中国模式"不是任人打扮的小姑娘,它有其自身的确定性。中国模式既是确定的,又是不确定的,是确定性与不确定性的辩证统一。中国模式的确定性,是指"中国模式"具有自身确定不移的内容、品格、性质和特征,"中国模式"的发明权、所有权、使用权属于中国,是具有完全自主知识产权的"中国创造"。中国模式的不确定性,意指"中国模式"还是一个新生事物,不是一成不变的固定模式,不是完美无缺的理想模式,也不是不可移易的封闭模式。必须辩证地看待"中国模式",坚持确定性与不确定性的统一,在确定性中发现不确定性,在不确定性中寻找确定性;这是关于"中国模式"问题上的辩证法。

Western researchers have showed ingenuity when understanding ＂China Model＂. ＂China Model＂ has a great level of certainty itself and is not something one could simply define with a single phrase. China model is both certain and uncertain, as much as a dialectical unity of certainty and uncertainty. The certainty of China model refers to the uniqueness, characteristics, and peculiarities of the model itself. The patent rights, ownership, and right of usage belong solely to China, with proprietary intellectual property rights within the ＂made by China＂ con- texts. The uncertainty of China model, however, refers to the freshness of this newborn con- cept, which is not subjected to a fixed stable pattern, a perfect ideal model, or an immutable closed path. To dialectically view ＂China Model＂, one must bear in mind the dialectical unity of certainty and uncertainty. To discover and clarify the mutual relationship and connections be- tween certainties and uncertainties is a key part of the dialectics of ＂China Model＂.
