摘要
20世纪70年代以来,在各发达资本主义国家工人阶级经历数量上的历史性增长的同时,其内部构成也经历了一轮"信息化重组"。在这场重组中,发达资本主义社会的劳资关系发生了重大变化。二战后形成的以"三方体制"为核心的协调的劳资关系体制逐渐解体,资本对劳动发起一场单方面的"阶级战争",劳资关系的疏离和对抗即"离斥"特征表现得日益突出,发达国家的劳工运动和劳工力量也日益衰落。
From the 1970s, with the phenomenal increase in the number of working class in the developed capitalist countries, the internal structure of labor also underwent an "informational re- construction". In this reconstruction process, the labor-capital relations of the developed capital- ist societies went through significant changes. The coordinating labor-capital relations centered on the third party system formed in the post-world war II era had come to a decomposition. The capital has started a single-sided "class war" with labor, the separation and opposition of labor- capital relations, also known as "divergence" characteristics, tend to show a stronger trend with time, therefore causing a gradual decline in the labor movement and labor force within developed nations.
