贵州南部布依族、苗族正常成人血脂抽样调查报告

An investigating report of blood lipids minority Miao and Bui people in southern of Guizhou Province

目的调查贵州南部少数民族正常成人血脂代谢状况。方法随机取 2 0 0名布依族、苗族 (调查组 )农民及 70名汉族 (对照组 )健康献血者 ,分别测定有关血脂代谢生化指标并进行统计学分析。结果调查组高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、胆固醇 (Tch)、载脂蛋白A Ⅰ (apoA Ⅰ )明显高于对照组 ,两组差异有极显著意义。甘油三酯 (TG)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)两组差异无显著意义。结论当地少数民族因生活方式、环境因素等致HDL、Tch、apoA Ⅰ高于汉族人群。

Objective Research the metabolic condition of blood lipids in normal minority adults in southern Guizhou Province.Methods 200 normal Miao and Bui people (Group A) and 70 normal Han people (Group B as control) were studied. The biochemical parameters about plasma lipids were measured. All data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results The levels of high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, apoprotein A-1 in Group A were much higher significantly than those in Group B. The levels of triglyceride, apoprotein B were no significant difference between Group A and Group B. Conclusion In southern of Guizhou, high-density lipoprotein triglyceride, apoprotein A-1 in the blood of the minority Miao and Bui people were higher than Han people.
